Personal Pilates Instruction, 55-mintues
Private, Duet or Small Group Sessions. These 55 minutes sessions are performed on the Trapeze Table (Cadillac), Reformer, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and many other Pilates props. Using springs for resistance the equipment provides a low impact work out. With personal instruction maximum individual understanding and benefits are achieved.

Introduction Course to Pilates Equipment Classes, 55-mintues
As a prerequisite in joining and existing equipment class, you must first complete 5 personal Pilates instruction- with the focus on the equipment class. This will better ensure your understanding of the exercises and help the flow of your class. We will be working with the Mat, Reformer and chair.

Introduction Course to Pilates Mat, 50-mintues
As a prerequisite in joining and existing Pilates Mat class, you must first complete 3 personal Pilates instruction- with the focus on the Pilates Mat class. This will better ensure your understanding of the exercises and help the flow of your class. We will be working with pre Pilates, fundamentals, and beginning exercises to ensure you have a solid grasp of the core elements of the exercises and Pilates Mat movements.

Pilates Mat – Floor Class, 50-minutes
Master Joseph Pilates mat program performed safely and correctly. These classical mat classes provide a combination of stretching and strengthening exercises. Starting with fundamental/ pre Pilates exercises and beginning exercises insures safety and a great understanding of the movement. Props may be used. Prerequisite to Pilates Mat: Introduction Course to Pilates Mat.

Flow Class – Yoga
Slow to medium paced class making conscious awareness of connecting breath work to postures. Drawing attention to a variety of yoga poses, relaxation techniques, and attaining your comfort level with your yoga practice. This class is good for all levels of yogi’s, giving you the choice to deepen or adjust the poses to your personal practice.

Relax and Restore – Yoga
It has been found in recent studies that losing sleep actually accelerates the aging process. Relax and restore is a class focused on bringing you both to a restful body and peaceful mind. Pilates on the Ball- Floor Class, 50-minutes
Using large stability balls, Pilates on the ball is a great class to take your mat skills to the next level. This class will challenge your body with an unstable surface, which will utilize your superficial and intrinsic muscles.

Prenatal Yoga
It is important to stay active during your pregnancy for both you and your little one. Prenatal yoga helps with back and hip pain, insomnia, enforces breath awareness and help with the overall labor process. The greatest of all, it creates an amazing connection between you and the baby in these early stages of their life. If you are interested, you are required to pre-register for classes and payment for at least 6 classes is due at time of registration. Learn about the importance yoga will bring to you during this amazing time. A doctors release is required to participate.
